Questions about pricing
How much does DokTema EMR cost?
DokTema EMR is ₱1,000 a month for Basic and ₱1,500 for Full. Basic covers patient records, SOAP notes and queueing. Full adds e-Rx, medcerts and lab requests. If your clinic has more than one doctor, multi-doctor access is a one-time fee and you stay on ₱1,500 a month.
What do I get during the free trial?
Your own clean instance, set up personally — not a shared demo. It comes with a few sample records so you can try the queue, the consultation screen and the printed documents before you enter any real patient data.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No contract and no setup fee on either plan. You are billed monthly and can stop at any time. The only one-time fee is for multi-doctor access, if your clinic needs several doctors on one account.
Can I move between Basic and Full later?
Yes. Your records stay exactly where they are — moving to Full switches on e-prescriptions, medical certificates and lab requests for the same clinic and the same patient history.
