How DokTema Works

A simple, proven electronic medical record (EMR) system  that streamlines everyday workflows of Philippine private clinics.

Dashboard

The main control panel for your clinic. From here, staff or the doctor can:

  • Check if a patient already has a record
  • Add new patients
  • Add them to the doctor’s queue
  • View who’s waiting to be seen
  • Use quick notes for reminders, to-dos, or clinic-wide messages

Start a Visit Session

Click the check icon next to a patient’s name to begin their consultation. This action opens the patient’s full profile, including their visit history, personal information, and medical records, allowing you to review relevant details before and during the session.

Review Patient Profile

Before recording today’s visit, doctors can quickly review the patient’s full profile — including past visits, personal info, and uploaded files.

 

This ensures context and continuity in every consultation.
