Dashboard

The main control panel for your clinic. From here, staff or the doctor can:

The interface displays a patient queue under the heading "In Queue," with columns labeled "No.," "Patient Name," "Type," and "Action." The top row is highlighted and shows “Blair, Wendy Amber” as the first patient, scheduled for a “Check-up.” Following rows include patients: Bryan David Dodson for Consultation, Barbara Terri Jr. Morales for Follow-up, and Todd Barbara Alexander also for Consultation. The "Action" column includes a blue checkmark button and a red cancel button for each row. The left sidebar contains icons for home, people, clipboard, and settings. The top-right features blue buttons labeled “Add New Patient” and “Add to Queue.” The visual represents a digital interface used to manage appointments and queue patients in a medical or dental office setting.

Start a Visit Session

Click the check icon next to a patient’s name to begin their consultation. This action opens the patient’s full profile, including their visit history, personal information, and medical records, allowing you to review relevant details before and during the session.

Review Patient Profile

Before recording today’s visit, doctors can quickly review the patient’s full profile — including past visits, personal info, and uploaded files.

This ensures context and continuity in every consultation.

A screenshot of a digital medical dashboard from a platform labeled "DokTema," showing a detailed patient profile for a fictional patient named Dodson, Bryan David. The profile displays demographic data including age 54, sex marked as female, status as single, and phone number (990)939-4172. The address listed is 53119 Sharon Path Suite 545, Port Tammyshire, WA 79445. The patient is referred by Dr. Nichols and their HMO is listed as Castillo, Paul and Wade. The interface shows two main tabs: "Visits" (active) and "Files." Under Visits, five medical records are logged with visit dates ranging from January 8, 2021, to September 26, 2025. Each record includes columns for Subjective notes (e.g., recurring dizziness), Objective findings (e.g., mild lumbar tenderness), Assessment (e.g., positional vertigo or asthma), and Plan (e.g., vestibular rehab or pulmonologist referral). The platform includes blue buttons for "Upload File" and "Add New Visit" along with an "Edit Profile" option. The layout features a clean, professional UI with white and gray tones and blue highlights.

Record SOAP Notes

The interface is clean and intuitive — no clutter, no unnecessary features. It provides just the essential fields doctors need to efficiently document each consultation using the standard SOAP format.

The modal allows a user to input visit details for a patient. At the top is a labeled Date field with the pre-filled value "Jul 25, 2025". Below, there are four large empty input text boxes, each with labels: Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan, following the standard SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) clinical documentation format. The layout is clean, using light grey and white tones with black labels. At the bottom right, there are two rectangular buttons: a Cancel button in light grey with blue text, and a Add New Visit button in solid blue with white text. A close icon (X) is visible in the top-right corner of the modal. This screen suggests functionality for documenting medical evaluations digitally, supporting structured patient records.

Issue e-Prescriptions (e-Rx)

Generate accurate, legible prescriptions directly from DokTema. Print or share securely, reducing errors and saving time for both doctors and patients.
